* Let your practitioner know if you:
Have any allergies we should be aware of (we use latex -free gloves and have plaster alternatives available if needed)
Are taking any medications (especially blood thinners)
Have a history of fainting, dizziness, difficult to find veins or a needle phobia
IM Injection takes less than a minute to perform . There is no special preparation. A fine needle is used to inject the vitamin solution directly into your upper arm (deltoid muscle). The method bypasses the gut, making it ideal for people who:
Have absorption issues
Want a fast boost in energy or/and wellbeing
Are forgetful when it comes to taking oral supplements daily
Prefer a simple, quick procedure over an IV Infusion
All injections are performed in a clean, clinical setting with single-use sterile equipment.
Most clients report only mild discomfort, similar to routine vaccination.
What is Cannulation?
Cannulation is the process of inserting a small flexible tube (cannula) into a vein. With your guidance we will choose a vein (often in the arm or hand), using a tourniquet to help bring it up to the surface of the skin and clean your skin with antiseptic wipe. We will then use fine needle to guide the plastic tube into the vein. Once we are in the vein the needle is removed leaving only small plastic canula in the vein. We will secure the canula with a tape and connect your chosen vitamin infusion. Throughout the infusion you will be closely monitored for comfort and safety. Most infusions take 30-60 minutes excluding NAD+ which must be administered over 3 hours. Once finished canula is carefully removed and small piece of gauze applied and secured with the tape. You may experience slight bruising and mild tenderness to the site, which is perfectly normal and usually resolves quickly.
How to prepare for Cannulation?
The procedure is carried out in a clean, clinical environment. Only single-use, sterile equipment is used. Most clients describe it as a slight sting or scratch , similar to a blood test. I am fully trained and certified to handle the procedure safely and professionally.
